WARRANTY
All Bare Jewellery purchases come with a 90-day warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects but does not extend to general wear and tear, damage, or mishandling.
If a fault is confirmed by our team upon assessment, we will offer a repair or replacement. However, wear and tear from regular use, including tarnishing, fading of plated jewellery, chain breakage, and bending of softer metals like 925 Sterling Silver, is not considered a manufacturing fault. Jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care, as outlined in the product care card included with your order.
Our warranty does not cover loss, breakage, scratched surfaces, or changes in appearance over time. If damage is due to mishandling, we reserve the right to decline a claim. If your earrings feel loose or are not closing properly, this is not considered a manufacturing fault and can be adjusted following our care guide.
Repairs requested beyond the 90-day warranty period will incur a repair fee, with return shipping at the customer's expense. If an item is no longer covered, we may not be able to repair or replace it.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions. If you have sensitivities to certain metals, we recommend checking the product details before purchasing.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
