• All engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Engraving is available on individual bangle purchases only and cannot be applied to bundle orders.
• Engraving orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Please check all details carefully before checkout.
• Engraving fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for engraving orders to be processed. Additional time may be required during peak periods.
• Engraving previews are computer generated. Final results may vary in appearance, size, and depth.
• Font height is approximately 2–2.5mm. Minor variation in size/spacing may occur, and engraving thickness may vary by up to 0.2mm from the preview.
• Laser engraving removes material from the bangle surface, so engraved areas will feel recessed and may not be completely flat.
