Shipping Delays
We aim to meet all delivery timeframes; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, logistics, or adverse weather conditions.
Once your order leaves our studio, Bare Jewellery is not liable for courier delays. Unfortunately, shipping delays are a common occurrence and do not qualify your order for a refund. Please consider this before making a purchase.

Delivery Timeframe & Tracking
  • All orders are dispatched within 72 hours from our studio.
  • The estimated delivery timeframe is a guide only. We recommend tracking your order using the link provided in your tracking email.
  • In rare cases, customs may cause minor delays. If this happens, we suggest reaching out to your local delivery service for assistance.
  • Please note: We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bare Jewellery is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered. This includes missing, lost, or stolen parcels.
To help prevent loss or theft, please:
  • Ship to a secure and designated address (avoid public locations like hotels).
  • Consider opting for signature-required delivery for added security.
Once an order is successfully delivered to the nominated address, Bare Jewellery is not liable for stolen or missing packages.
Note: Bare Jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage during delivery.
Damaged Parcels
  • Bare Jewellery is not liable for any damage once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the nominated address—it is now in your care.
  • If your jewellery arrives damaged due to delivery handling or a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Pre-Orders
  • Pre-orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days once they arrive at our studio. Orders are processed in the order of purchase date. If there are any delays, our team will contact you directly.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are available in a single shipment.
  • Split Shipment Option (NZ Only): If you’d like the in-stock items shipped first, we can arrange a split shipment for an additional $6.95 NZD. To request this, please contact us at help@barejewellery.co.nz.
Redirecting Parcels

If you have entered the wrong address, our team may not be able to update it for you in time before it is dispatched. However, you can redirect a parcel through your NZ POST tracking link by clicking ‘redirect my parcel’. Please see the instructions here. For DHL parcels, please contact the DHL customer service team here to redirect your parcels. 

Please note that redirecting your parcel may cause delays, and successful redirection is not guaranteed. If you require more information about redirection delays, please contact NZ Post  here and DHL here. Bear Jewellery is not responsible for any delays resulting from address changes.


Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is returned to Bare Jewellery, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Redispatch fees may apply.
  • Redelivery or redirection may incur additional shipping costs. For assistance, email us at help@barejewellery.co.nz.
  • For international orders: A $30 NZD shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if the parcel is returned to us.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Responsibilities
  • Customs Clearance: International orders may require customs clearance, which can result in additional fees depending on the destination country's regulations.
  • Customer Responsibility: Bare Jewellery does not cover import duties, taxes, or liabilities imposed by the destination country’s government. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays & Notifications: We are not liable for customs delays and do not notify customers about pending customs payments.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping charges remain non-refundable, even if customs fees apply.
