PRE-ORDER

If you have a pre-order style, we will fulfil your order within 1–2 business days once it has arrived at our studio. Pre-order styles are fulfilled in order of date of purchase. If there are any pre-order delays, our team will contact you directly.

If your order contains both in-stock styles and pre-order styles, your order will be shipped once all styles are in stock in one shipment. If you'd like us to do a split shipment on your order (shipping the available styles to you first and the pre-order styles later in a separate shipment), please contact us at help@barejewellery.co.nz. There will be an extra charge of $6 NZD for a split shipment within New Zealand, and $15 AUD for Australia.

Orders that contain pre-order items cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you are welcome to make a return once you have received all items, as long as the returned item(s) meet our return requirements.
