When does the sale start?
The sale goes live on Wednesday, 10 June 2026 at:
- 6:00 pm NZT (New Zealand)
- 4:00 pm AEDT (Sydney & Melbourne)
- 4:00 pm AEST (Brisbane & Gold Coast)
- 3:30 pm ACDT (Adelaide)
- 2:00 pm AWST (Perth)
What styles will be on sale?
All styles across the site will be included in our Mid Year Sale, with a minimum of 25% off and up to 60% off selected styles. Sale excludes gift cards.
Some best-sellers and limited editions will sell out fast and won’t be restocked, so we recommend shopping early to secure your favourites.
How does the Free Jewellery Travel Case work? Do I need to add it to cart first?
- The Jewellery Travel Case will be automatically added to your cart if your order is eligible.
- You’ll see a confirmation on the page that says:
"Free Jewellery Travel Case has been added to your cart."
They will also appear in your cart at checkout and in your order confirmation email. - If you don’t see the Jewellery Travel Case in your cart, try refreshing the page before checking out — especially important for those shopping right at launch.
- Please do not remove the Jewellery Travel Case from your cart. If manually removed, they cannot be re-added automatically, and you will not receive it.
- If the Jewellery Travel Case is not in your cart at checkout, your order may not be eligible, or the GWP allocation may have sold out.
Will things sell out? And will sold-out styles be restocked?
We’ve prepared a large amount of stock for this year’s Mid Year Sale! That said, bestsellers and popular sizes tend to fly within the first few days, so if you’ve been eyeing something, we’d recommend grabbing it early.
We can’t guarantee restocks before the sale ends, and some styles may even be archived and never return.
Can I return an item I bought from the Birthday Sale?
All sales on discounted items throughout our Birthday Sale period are final. We will not be accepting returns, refunds or exchanges for products bought during this period.
We may allow same-style sizing exchange requests, subject to availability.To initiate a same-style size exchange, please start your return here. Please include your order details, the style you’d like to exchange, and the new size you need. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth exchange.
Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders and customer requests, we are unable to make any changes to orders placed during our Mid Year Sale. Please ensure you have double checked all details before placing your order.
How long will the shipping take during the Mid Year Sale?
Due to high order volume during peak sale season, dispatch times may be longer than usual.
- Instead of our standard 1-2 day dispatch, please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch):
- New Zealand: 1-3 business days*
- Australia: Standard Shipping 3-10 business days*, DHL Express Shipping 1-3 business days*
Can I use another discount code during the sale? How about gift cards or store credits?
Our mid year sale offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or discount codes. During the sale period, all other discount codes will be disabled.
However, gift cards and store credits can still be used.
