How to use a gift card

When you purchase/receive a BARE gift card, there should be a 16-digit code attached at the back of your physical card or included in the email sent to you if it is a digital version. It looks something like this:

Can I use my gift card on multiple orders?

Yes! You can use the gift cards towards multiple orders until the balance on the card runs out.

When does my gift card expire?

All BARE gift cards are valid for 12 months since the issue date.

Can more than one gift card be used towards an order?

Yes!

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

Unfortunately, no, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

I lost my gift card, can you re-issue the code to me?

Unfortunately, once the gift card was issued to you, we are unable to retrieve the code from our end. Gift card codes are considered as currency, so only the customer can see the full gift card code.

However, you can click 'Resend gift cards' from your order confirmation email. Or you can contact our support team at help@barejewellery.co.nz.

I purchased something with my gift card, can I still return it?

Yes, as long as the returned item meets our return requirements.

If your item is eligible for a store credit refund, the credit amount will be reloaded back in your gift card balance.

Can I return a gift card?

Unfortunately, gift cards are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
