Holiday Shipping & Service Update
Hey Lovelies!
As much as we love what we do, we believe it's all about balance when it comes to work & living. For the well-being of our staff, we are gearing up for a much needed break! We want to share some important updates regarding our holiday operations:
Holiday Schedule:
Our team will be out of the office from 20 December 2024 to 12 January 2025. During this time, we’ll be taking a much-needed break to rest and recharge.
Order Processing & Shipping:
Our online store will remain open, and orders will still be sent out intermittently. However, please note that there may be minor shipping delays due to the holiday period.
Returns, Exchanges & Customer Service:
To prioritise our team's well-being, our customer service team will also be on break. Rest assured, your return window will be extended to accommodate the closure. For any returns or exchange requests, please fill out the contact form here or email us at help@barejewellery.co.nz and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible once we are back in the office!

Extended Returns
Orders placed between 20th November 2024 and 31st December 2024 come with an extended 30-day return window. All other terms and conditions of our return policy still apply.
