Shipping & Handling


All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after the purchase is complete. (Please allow extra processing days during sales and holiday seasons)
We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days upon receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling or faulty.

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

For orders over $80 NZD
- Free Express Shipping (No signature required)
(Next working day within Auckland Region, 1-3 working days within New Zealand.)

For orders under $80 NZD
- Express Shipping (No signature required): $6.95 NZD

For orders over $250 NZD - FREE DHL Express Shipping (1-3 Working Days)

For orders under $250 NZD - 25 NZD (DHL Express 1-3 Working Days)

* We currently only offer DHL Express Shipping. 

International Shipping 

For US & UK, Standard shipping is $25 NZD. (10-12 Working Days)

*Additional duty may apply upon delivery. BARE JEWELLERY is not responsible for these costs.

$30 NZD extra international shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the parcel gets returned back to us.

Average delivery time is used as a guide for delivery. Please track your order via the tracking link provided. All orders are dispatched within 72 hours from our studio. On the rare occasion that you experience a minor delay due to customs please don't hesitate to contact your local delivery service to assist you. 



If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Bare Jewellery does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Bare Jewellery will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. 

Bare Jewellery is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
