All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. (Please allow extra processing days during sales and holiday seasons.)
We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling or faulty.
Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather.
Bare Jewellery cannot take responsibility for courier delays once an order leaves our studio. Unfortunately shipping delays are out of our control and a common occurrence in today’s world. They do not make your order eligible for a refund. Please take this into consideration when purchasing your items.
Bare Jewellery is not responsible for any packages after being marked as delivered, nor responsible for any missing/lost/stolen packages. Please ensure to order to a designated unit number and avoid ordering to public environments such as hotels.

Pre-Orders:
• If you have a pre-order style, we will fulfill your order within 1-2 business days once it has arrived at our studio and they are fulfilled in order of date of purchase. If there are any pre-order delays, our team will contact you directly.
• If your order contains in-stock styles & pre-order styles, your order will be shipped once all styles are in stock in one shipment. If you'd like us to do a split shipment on your order (shipping the available styles to you first & shipping the pre-order styles later in a separate shipment), please contact us at help@barejewellery.co.nz. There will be an extra charge of $6.95 NZD for split shipment. Split shipment is only available within New Zealand.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address or opt in for signature-required delivery. Bare Jewellery is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
Bare Jewellery is not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. It is in your care now.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to Bare Jewellery, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees may apply.

We currently only ship to New Zealand, Australia & the U.S.
*Additional duty may apply upon delivery. BARE JEWELLERY is not responsible for these costs.

* BARE JEWELLERY is not responsible for the loss or damage of the items during delivery.
* $30 NZD extra international shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the parcel gets returned back to us.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Bare Jewellery does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Bare Jewellery will not be held liable or responsible for the customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply.
Bare Jewellery is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
