How long will the shipping take during Black Friday? 

We will be working very hard to ensure all orders placed during our Black Friday Sale are being processed as quickly as possible!  Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday Sale, instead of our usual 1-2 day dispatch times, we expect delays of up to 5-7 working days for your order to be dispatched. Custom-made items may take an extra 1-2 business days to be processed. 

Once your order has been dispatched, it normally takes: 

NZ: 1-3 Business Days* 

AU: 2-4 Business Days* 

US: 3-5 Business Days*

We appreciate your understanding and patience during our busiest season!

Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?

Changes are not able to be made due to the high volume of orders and communications our team is receiving. Please double-check your details before placing an order.

If you have entered the wrong address, our team may not be able to update it for you in time before it is dispatched. However, you can redirect a parcel through your NZ POST tracking link, and click ‘redirect my parcel’. Please see the instructions here. For DHL parcels, please contact the DHL customer service team here to redirect your parcels.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee to amend/cancel your order once the order is placed due to the high amount of orders and communications. 

If your order has not been dispatched, our Customer Care team can cancel your order and issue you a store credit. Please contact our Customer Care team to proceed.

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.

Can I use a discount code? 

Everything will already be discounted, so there is no need to apply discount codes at the checkout.  All discount codes will also be invalid during our Black Friday Sale.

Can I use my gift card or store credits during the sale?

Yes, you can! Store credits are a form of currency. They can be used towards products and shipping.

Can I return an item I bought from the Black Friday Sale? 

All sales on discounted items throughout our Black Friday period are final. We will not be accepting returns, refunds or exchanges for products bought during this period.

This policy excludes same-style sizing exchange requests.

Will things sell out? And will sold-out styles be restocked? 

We have prepared a large amount of stock this year for Black Friday. However, our best-sellers & popular sizings are most likely to sell out with the surge of demand during the festive season! 

Some last-chance styles may be not restocked, once they are gone, they are gone for good!

Can I purchase a Mystery Box? 

Yes, you can purchase a Black Friday Exclusive Mystery Box for $125.

What’s in the Mystery Box? 

You will receive 1 x Travel-sized jewellery box and:

1 x Mystery Jewellery Piece (It could be one of the best-sellers, most-wanted, everyday staples, statement pieces or an unreleased style!)

Can I choose my prize in the Mystery Box?

Unfortunately, no. But it’s all part of the fun. You will receive 1 of 3 possible prizes!

How does the Mystery Box work? Do I need a code or to add it to my cart?

Mystery boxes will be automatically added to your cart if your order is eligible. You will see a notification on the web page showing ‘the mystery box has been added’ and you will also see it in your cart. 

The Mystery Box will NOT be automatically added to your cart again if it has been manually removed from the cart. Please do not remove it from your cart if you wish to receive a mystery box. 

The first 100 orders over $200 NZD will receive a free mystery box. And they go REALLY FAST! So prep your carts & set your alarms! 

I just received my order confirmation email, but there is no Mystery Box in my order summary.

This may mean your order was not eligible for a mystery box or the mystery boxes were sold out when you were checking out (they go REALLY FAST!). If you believe you are eligible for one & there was a system error, please contact our support team at help@barejewellery.co.nz

The Mystery Box was not in my cart.

If you don’t see the Mystery Box in your cart, it most likely means your order is not eligible or the Mystery Boxes have sold out.

I need assistance, who do I contact? 

Please send our support team an email at help@barejewellery.co.nz. It may take 2-5 working days for our team to get back to you due to the huge volume of communications during the Black Friday Sale period.
