Creator Partnerships & Content Coordinator
Auckland | Permanent part-time | Flexible hybrid
Approximately 16 hours per week
About Bare Jewellery
Bare Jewellery is an Auckland-based jewellery brand creating timeless, everyday pieces designed to elevate the way our customers look and feel.
We’re a small, creative and fast-moving team with a strong visual identity, an engaged community and a focus on content that feels both beautiful and commercially effective.
We’re looking for a culturally aware, organised and hands-on creative to take ownership of our creator relationships, PR gifting and UGC programmes, while also producing short-form content for the brand.
About the role
This is a hybrid role combining creator partnerships, influencer marketing, PR gifting and hands-on content creation.
You’ll discover and build relationships with creators who align with Bare, manage gifted and paid collaborations, coordinate our UGC and affiliate programmes, and ensure agreed content is delivered on time and to brief.
You’ll work closely with our in-house Content & Paid Media Executive and wider marketing team to understand the creators, customer personas and content angles we need. The content you secure and create should be suitable for Bare’s organic social channels, paid media channels—or both.
You’ll also be a capable content creator yourself: confident developing ideas, filming and editing short-form videos, directing others and appearing naturally on camera.
Creator discovery and outreach
- Find creators who align with Bare’s brand, aesthetic and target customers.
- Build a varied creator pipeline across different personas, ages, lifestyles and content styles.
- Identify creators for PR gifting, gifted deliverables, paid collaborations, UGC, affiliate partnerships and paid advertising.
- Reach out through Instagram, TikTok and email.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators.
- Identify suitable brand collaboration opportunities.
PR gifting and collaboration management
- Manage gifted and paid collaborations from outreach through to content delivery.
- Clearly communicate Bare’s creative direction, deliverables and deadlines.
- Create concise briefs that balance brand requirements with each creator’s natural style.
- Coordinate product selection and PR packages with our warehouse team—or prepare packages yourself when required.
- Track gifting, posting dates, content delivery and usage rights.
- Follow up professionally and arrange feedback or reshoots when needed.
- Keep the creator database and collaboration pipeline organised and up to date.
UGC and affiliate programme management
- Recruit and onboard new UGC creators and affiliates.
- Manage ongoing communication, briefs and deliverables.
- Identify creator content suitable for organic and paid media.
- Understand the importance of hooks, varied angles, natural delivery and useful raw footage.
- Identify strong creators who could become ongoing Bare partners.
- Help improve the programme based on content quality and performance.
Hands-on content creation
- Develop, film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and paid social.
- Create product, styling, educational, behind-the-scenes and trend-led content.
- Confidently film yourself, team members and creators.
- Appear naturally and comfortably in front of the camera.
- Turn ideas and briefs into completed content without needing step-by-step direction.
- Adapt trends in a way that still feels polished and unmistakably Bare.
- Produce content that complements the work of our existing in-house content creator.
- Assist with filming in our Auckland office and at occasional off-site locations.
What a typical week may include
- Researching creators for an upcoming launch.
- Contacting potential gifted, paid or UGC partners.
- Responding to creator emails and Instagram DMs.
- Briefing creators and following up on outstanding content.
- Coordinating PR packages with our warehouse team.
- Updating the creator and gifting pipeline.
- Collaborating with our content and marketing team on upcoming needs.
- Developing, filming and editing short-form content.
- Reviewing creator content for organic or paid media use.
- Sharing a concise weekly update on outreach, gifting and content delivery.
About you
You genuinely understand TikTok, Instagram, influencer culture and the content people want to watch. You can recognise a strong creator or trend while judging whether it is genuinely right for Bare.
You’re creative but also highly organised. You can manage multiple conversations, deadlines and deliverables without losing track of the details.
You’re a proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with an in-house content creator and marketing team. You can follow creative direction, communicate openly and turn agreed ideas into action, while also confidently bringing forward your own ideas.
You’re willing to learn, receptive to feedback and comfortable working independently. Most importantly, you can take a content idea from concept through to filming, editing and final delivery.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and creator culture.
- Skilled in filming and editing short-form content.
- Confident and natural in front of the camera.
- Experience with creator outreach, gifting, PR or UGC.
- Understanding of content for organic and paid media.
- Strong visual judgement and alignment with Bare’s aesthetic.
- Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to interpret briefs and guide creators clearly.
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable contributing ideas.
- Willing to learn, receive feedback and work independently.
- Comfortable using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Auckland-based and available for in-person filming.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery, beauty, wellness or lifestyle is preferred but not essential.
What success looks like
- A consistent pipeline of relevant, on-brand creators.
- Gifted and paid collaborations are managed smoothly.
- Creator content is delivered on time and to brief.
- Content is genuinely usable across organic and paid channels.
- Reliable short-form content is created in-house.
- Creator communication is warm, prompt and professional.
- The creator pipeline remains organised and visible.
- Strong collaboration with our content and marketing team.
- Fresh, relevant content and partnership ideas are brought forward.
Work arrangement
This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 16 hours per week, with a flexible hybrid structure.
Some hours will be completed in larger blocks for filming, editing and in-office collaboration. A smaller portion will be spread across the working week for creator emails, Instagram DMs and time-sensitive follow-ups.
Creator communication should generally be checked each business day and answered within one business day. These communication blocks form part of your paid hours—there is no expectation to be continuously available outside agreed working time.
You’ll have flexibility around when much of the work is completed, provided agreed deadlines, communication standards and weekly outputs are met.
Why join Bare?
- Join a growing New Zealand jewellery brand with a strong creative identity.
- Take genuine ownership of our creator community and PR programme.
- Work across both creator partnerships and hands-on content production.
- Collaborate closely with an experienced in-house content and marketing team.
- Bring forward your own ideas and help shape the role.
- See your work used across launches, organic social and paid advertising.
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
