How do I know what styles will be on sale?

What's the return policy for the sale?
All orders placed with our Birthday Sale code 'BDAY40' are final sales and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. However, you can initial an exchange for ring sizings & bangle sizings. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Do I need a discount code for the birthday sale?
Yes, use BDAY40 at the checkout!
How long will it take to get my order?
Our amazing team will try our best to process your orders as fast as possible. With the massive influx we still expect to see some delay in when your order gets to you, so expect a 5-7 day delay. Keep an eye on our socials for regular updates on how our team is going.
Once your order has been dispatched, it takes 1-2 working days to arrive within New Zealand. And 2-4 working days to arrive in Australia.
If I make a mistake on my order after I place it, can I make a change or cancel the order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been placed during the birthday sale.
However, you are always welcome to send our support team at help@barejewellery.co.nz, we will try our best to help.
I forgot to add the discount code at the checkout, can you add the code to my order or refund me the difference?
Please type your discount code into the discount code/gift card box on the first page of the cart. Then press the APPLY button.
Please check your discount code has been applied before checking out. If your code is not correctly applied, at this stage, we can not apply the discount later or credit/refund you and you will be charged the full price for your order.
I accidentally enter the wrong address, what can I do?
How do I use a discount code?
Please type your discount code into the discount code/gift card box on the first page of the cart. Then press the APPLY button. Please check your discount code has been applied before pressing the next step button. If your code is not correctly applied at this stage, we can not apply the discount later or credit/refund you and you will be charged the full price for your order.
Can I use a gift card during the sale?
Yes! Gift cards are a form of currency & can be used in conjunction with our store offers.
Can I cancel an order?
We're really quick at picking, packing, and processing your order to make sure you receive it ASAP.
This means you are unable to cancel or amend an order once you have placed it.
However, you are always welcome to initiate a return with us if your item(s) meets our return policy here.
Will I be able to stack discount codes during the sale?
Unfortunately, other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Birthday Sale offer.
Will things sell out?
Our best-selling styles are most likely to sell out. We recommend preping your cart before the sale goes live & checkout as soon as you can to avoid FOMO!
How do pre-orders get dispatched?
If you have a pre-order style, we will fulfil your order 1-2 days once it has arrived at our studio.
If your order contains in-stock styles & pre-order styles, your order will be shipped once all styles are in-stock in one shipment.
If you'd like us to do split shipment on your order (shipping the available styles to you first & shipping the pre-order styles later in a separate shipment), please contact us at help@barejewellery.co.nz. There will be an extra charge of $6 NZD for split shipment. Split shipment is only available within New Zealand.

• Sale starts on Wednesday 25 September 2024 at 6 pm NZT and ends on Wednesday 25 September 2024 at 6:41 pm NZT. The discount code will be invalid after the sale period.
