Our fast-paced, creative studio thrives on bold ideas, collaboration, and a strong sense of community.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on team member to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be order fulfilment and customer service, ensuring our customers receive an amazing experience every time. Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to support across PR, content, and campaign projects — perfect for someone who loves fashion, social media, and learning the ropes of e-commerce.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities (Core Focus):

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders with care and efficiency.
  • Manage inbound/outbound stock, stocktake, packaging orders, and courier bookings.
  • Keep the stock room and studio organised and tidy.
  • Handle customer enquiries, returns, and refunds with excellent communication and email etiquette.
  • Maintain and update our online Help Centre (FAQs, T&Cs, promotional offers).
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and help nurture our brand community.

Secondary Responsibilities (Growth Areas):

  • Assist in PR coordination: research creators, draft briefs, liaise with agents/talent.
  • Support PR campaigns around launches, sales, and promotions.
  • Participate in content shoots and campaign days
  • Assist our content creator with social media shoots and editing.
  • Support our graphic designer with smaller design tasks or projects.
  • General admin/office tasks as needed.

Who You Are

  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospo, or e-commerce).
  • Strong written communication — you can write a clear, professional email.
  • Passion for fashion, jewellery, and social media — you keep up with trends and content creators.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and happy to roll your sleeves up.
  • Down-to-earth, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
  • Full driver’s licence + access to a car.
  • Own MacBook is a bonus.

Bonus skills (nice-to-have):

  • Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe software.
  • Previous experience in PR, e-commerce, or marketing.
  • Content creation.

Hours & Location.

  • Based at our Auckland CBD studio.
  • Ideally Monday–Friday, ~6 hours per day (approx. 30 hours/week), with flexibility to extend hours during peak sales or launch periods.
