How do I know what styles will be on sale?
Absolutely every style will be on sale during our Black Friday Sale, except for sets & gift cards.
My order is over $200, how do I get the mystery box?
There's no need to do anything, our dispatch team will make sure to include the mystery box in your package if your order is the first 50 orders over $200!
How do I know if my order comes with a Mystery Box or not?
If your order is one of the FIRST 50 orders that are over $200. Our team will make sure to include your Mystery Box in your package. There is nothing else you need to do while you're on the website. Mystery box will also not appear on your order confirmation email. It is sort of a surprise until you receive your package!
Our advice for you is to place your order as soon as our sale launches & your chance of winning one of these cuties will be a lot higher!
What's in the mystery box?
The mystery box is valued at over $100+. It comes with a travel-sized jewellery bag & 1 x mystery jewellery from our online store.

•The first 50 orders that are over $200 will receive a Free Mystery Box.
• Mystery Box includes: 1 x Travel-sized Jewellery Box and 1 x Mystery Jewellery Piece.
• Mystery Box during Black Friday 2023 is not for sale. It is not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
• You do not need to add a 'mystery box' to your cart. Simply place your order, and our dispatch team will make sure to include your mystery box if your order is one of the first 50 orders over $200.
• Mystery box will not appear on your order confirmation email. It is sort of a surprise until you receive your package!
What's the return policy?
Sale items that are 30% off and over are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns/exchanges unless it is a defective item.
All other items can be exchanged or refunded in store credits within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return requirements, see our return policy here.
Where will I find the Black Friday Discount code?
There is no code needed. All items will be repriced so all you have to worry about is adding to your cart and checking out as quick as possible.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our amazing team will try our best to process your orders as fast as possible. With the massive influx we still expect to see some delay in when your order gets to you, so expect a 5-7 day delay. Keep your eyes on our socials for regular updates on how our team is going.
Once your order has been dispatched, it takes 1-2 working days to arrive within New Zealand. And 3-5 working days to arrive in Australia.
If I make a mistake on my order after I place it, can I make a change or cancel the order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
However, you are always welcome to make a return with us after receiving your package.
Can I use a gift card during the sale?
Yes! Gift cards are a form of currency & can be used in conjunction with our store offers.
Will I be able to stack discount codes during the sale?
Unfortunately, other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Black Friday Sale offer.
I am purchasing some items as gifts, what's the return window like?
We highly recommend to check on the items you've purchased upon receiving them. If you are having any issues with an item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will things sell out?
Our best-selling styles are most likely to sell out. We recommend preping your cart before the sale goes live & checkout as soon as you can to avoid FOMO!
How long does it take for pre-order styles to arrive?
We outline any estimated pre-order arrival dates in the product description.
How do pre-orders get dispatched?
If you have a pre-order style, we will fulfil your order 1-2 days once it has arrived at our studio.
If your order contains in-stock styles & pre-order styles, your order will be shipped once all styles are in-stock in one shipment.
If you'd like us to do split shipment on your order (shipping the available styles to you first & shipping the pre-order styles later in a separate shipment), please contact us at email@example.com. There will be an extra charge of $4.50 NZD for split shipment. Split shipment is only available within New Zealand.
